10 Minute Trainer: Day 8 (Cardio)

Cardio again, but don’t let the repetition fool you: it will still keep you sweating! Tomorrow I am back to the total body workout. I’m not sure what Wednesday is, but I know that I am dreading Thursday because it is the 10 Minute ab workout. I gave this one a try when I first got the set. Due to a back injury I got ages ago, this workout winds up bothering my back long before it gets to my abs. Still, I will follow it the best I can, rest when it hurts, resume when it doesn’t.
