Man, I could barely even finish! Some moves were worse than others, but hey…at least I know they had an effect on me if I am in THIS kind of pain. In fact I may very welll have to go throw up now. Hm…no, not quite yet. If I’d tried doing another workout, then I definitely would be hurling now.
What sucks is that my back started to hurt me long before my abs did. Otherwise I probably could have done more of the workout. A long time ago (late 90s…maybe 1997) I pulled a lumbar in my lower back out of place. The doctor said I could do something to strengthen the muscle so it took a little longer for me to feel pain, but it is something that will never COMPLETELY heal. Some of these ab moves irrirate my back, but I can always repeat any of the other moves that don’t have that effect. That’s the beauty of these workouts: if there is a move you don’t like or whatever, then you just switch it out with an earlier move.
