10 Minute Trainer: Day 13 (Cardio)

After the time I have been having, a workout is just what I needed. Cardio induced the same old sweat. Then I did all three empty-hand wing chun forms. Actually I already did them once earlier today, but it was really to make up for the fact that I haven’t done them at all in about three days.

There is a lot of excitement in the air right now. I am on the verge of getting things really rollin with this Team Beachbody gig, despite my time limitations. Maybe someday no one will have to hear me complain about my job…instead you will hear me BRAGGING about it.
