I admit I did this workout kind of half-hearted tonight because I felt a headache setting on just before I got started. I DID still get a sweat worked up, but I need to remember something Bruce Lee said (and I am paraphrasing here): there is no point in practicing a technique if you don’t really mean it. In other words you will never get the results you want if you don’t play for keeps!
On a very positive note, my 10 Minute Trainer Deluxe Upgrade came in the mail today. It looks absolutely bad ass. I plan on watching it to see how the routines go, although I can’t start it yet because I still have ten days left to the program I’m working on now. Good times, good times.
