10 Minute Trainer: Day 19 (Cardio)

Today was a lot of fun because my kids were all here, and they did the workout with me. William cut out after a minute or two. Autumn hung in there longer, but it was Ari’yanna who really surprised me. She came along for the last couple minutes of my cardio workout but wanted to keep going when it was done. I put on the lower body workout for her while I did my three empty-hand wing chun forms. What a blast!
