10 Minute Trainer: Day 22 (Cardio)

Coming down to the wire here, folks. Six days left before I move on to another program. I was thinking about doing another one of those autoschedule programs, but there is one slight problem: none of them include workout routines from the extra DVD included in the Deluxe Upgrade package. These workouts are one on one with Tony Horton doing his own personal routines right in his home studio. They include things like “Friday Night Arms” and many others. Since building my arms up is one of my main goals, I am going to have to start developing a 28 day program of my own. What I can do is look at one of the autoschedules and modify my own based on that. Pretty sweet idea, if I do say so myself. 🙂
