I worked out using a set of resistance bands that were light red as opposed to the usual maroon red ones I use. Now I could have sworn it was the MAROON ones that were heavy resistance. Apparently this is not the case, as I was struggling my way through today’s workout. Still, that is a good thing because whenever you get used to a workout and it is danger of becoming ineffective, one way to adjust for it is to add more resistance.
Did my forms, but didn’t do the “one to ten, ten to one” punching drill yet.
