Whenever you work out, it’s best to show some “before” and “after” pics. Now that I have completed my 28 day program, here are the results. First we have our “before” pics, which date back to November 2:
Now we have our “after” pics, which date from today. This might not be the most dramatic weight loss ever since, but there IS an improvement. And naturally, the after pics for this program will serve as the “before” pics for my next program.
