10 Minute Trainer: Day 3 (Yoga Flex-One on One Lower-One on One Upper)

Man, what a killer day. I’m surprised I made it through, but I did. Those last two workouts were…well, intense. There really is no other word for a one-on-one session with Tony Horton. I was sweating so bad that my glasses kept slipping off my nose. The most painful, muscle-ripping part of today was a shoulder exercise called the six point…um, something or other. Arms start at your sides. You raise them up so they are at shoulder height. Then you bring them out in front of you, lower them to your body and bring them back up. Swing them back around to the side…lower them to your body…REPEAT.

As for wing chun, I did the usual. I can’t wait until the day comes when I say that I notice an increase in speed thansk to this “punching with weights” drill.
