Haters can go to hell because I still did my three workouts today anyway. After each workout I did a wing chun form. Earlier in the day I did my weight punching drill and the “one to ten, ten to one.” To anyone who thinks these routines don’t work: I wish you could have seen the sweat coming off me. Even better, I wish you could feel how much my muscles ache.
