Worked up a DAMN good sweat today…not so much burn though, because these were all pretty much cardio routines. I did feel a little bit of achiness during plyo intervals, especially during the killer “leaper” routine. All in all, a great way to start the day!
I have to do biu jee (a wing chun form), the “one to ten, ten to one” drill, and the punching with weights drill. Actually I didn’t get around to that yesterday, so I want to try and do it twice today.
