Wow, what a good workout. Again I substituted some moves from cardio with wing chun moves. This time, I swapped them out for the second empty hand form (chum kiu). For the ab workout, there are some moves that just kill my back: tick tock lift, golden gates, and scissor kick lift. All I did there was swap them out with techniques that DON’T hurt my back. Simple solution, eh?
Well, I didn’t get much sleep last night…kept waking up for some reason. So I can’t think of much else to say except good night.
