10 Minute Trainer: Day 18 (Total Body-Abs-Chest and Back)

Ten days to go in my latest program! The last workout was a pain. I had to cut out halfway through each section, which makes me think I should adjust the next ten days YET AGAIN to stick this workout in there more. Then again, after I am done with this schedule I will be moving on to P90X, so maybe it won’t matter, eh?
