10 Minute Trainer: Day 23 (Upper Body-Abs-Friday Night Arms)

Ha! Even though my sons didn’t want to go to bed when they should have, I STILL got my workouts done before midnight! I pushed myself extra hard on the forearm exercises in the final round. Need to get them ready for those lap sao drills at wing chun! Actually I don’t know if we will be doing anything like that soon, but it just sounded good.

So I am one working week away from completing this round of 10 Minute Trainer. I can hardly wait to wake up on the morning of December 29th, take a leak, and then weigh myself…and then of course pose for the “after” photos. It’s really going to be something. And what will be even better is the photos taken of me 90 days after January 1 because guess what? My P90X came in the mail today!
