I mixed up the order of the autoschedule, simply because Cardio comes first on the DVD menu and Yoga Flex is second. Much easier to just hit “play all” from the start instead of having to mess around with that damn menu every time!
I’m out at my in-laws’ house and forgot my push-up stands for the chest and back exercises, but I still got one hell of a workout anyway. You may wonder how I could possibly get 30 minutes of exercise in on Christmas Eve. It’s easy: my mother-in-law is still at work, and none of the prepping for tomorrow will get started until she gets here. So I was able to cram it all in before my help was needed. And I can get it all done tomorrow too: once everyone goes to the bed and the house is semi-clean, I can do my workouts then.
Did all my forms except the dummy form today. Also did the one to ten, ten to one drill twice because I forgot it yesterday. The only thing I have to do is my punching with weights drill.
