10 Minute Trainer: Day 25 (Cardio-Upper Body-Plyo Intervals)

How can someone get a 30 minute workout in on Christmas Day? Easy: the kids were all busy playing with their presents, and all adults were busy finishing up dinner. While everyone was doing their own thing, I did mine. 🙂 Tomorrow is my last day of doing 40 minutes because I am once again hitting up the Friday Night Arms routine.
