10 Minute Trainer: Day 26 (Core Cardio-1 on 1 Lower-Cardio-Friday Night Arms)

Two days and counting! Man, I cannot wait until the morning of the 29th, to take those latest “results” pictures and compare them to what I was like on November 29.

Due to the kids having to go home, I had to split the workout up today. I did Core Cardio and 1-on-1 Lower around noon, and then I just got through the other two. Strangest thing happened: for the first time ever, I was able to complete every damn move Tony made…never had to quit ahead of him. Good sign!
