10 Minute Trainer: Day 27 (Total Body 2-Yoga Flex-Cardio Intervals)

One day to go until I get a three-day rest, then on to the big bad P90X! Man, I can hardly wait. In fact, I am so impatient that I don’t even feel like writing much about today’s workout! Needless to say, I did develop the usual sweat. I can’t imagine how much pain I am going to be in when my workout time jumps up to 55 minute or more. It is going to be brutal…but fun!
