10 Minute Trainer: Day 28 (Cardio-Core Cardio-1 on 1 Upper)

Okay, so day 28 took place on the 29th day of the month even though I started on the 1st. Why? Well, having to run to the hospital will do that for you. It wasn’t for myself, and the person who had to go is okay now. That is all I’m going to say about it.

So tonight was the last night of the 10 Minute Trainer advanced schedule, and what can I say? It was a blast. If it weren’t for this program, I wouldn’t be back into fitness right now! I plan on being one of the few coaches who focuses on something other than P90X and Insanity by specializing in this particular series. My goal is to design it so that it can be just as intense as either of those two…but in order to do that, I have to go through them first.

January 1, 2011: P90X, here I come!
