P90X: Day 2 (Plyo X)

Actually this workout wasn’t as bad as some people have made it sound! I was able to keep pace with Tony and company at least 85% of the time. Tomorrow is shoulders and arms, then ab ripper x. Personally I look forward to doing kenpo x, although I don’t know what day that is on. I’d have to check the WOWY schedule for that. After viewing that one, I plan on trying to come up with a workout based on wing chun moves, which I will accomplish with the help of Coach Shu.

Now that I think about it, I haven’t been very good about practicing my forms lately…or doing my one to ten, ten to one punches…OR my punching with weights drill. It has just been a funky week for me. Time to get back on the ball!
