P90X: Day 4 (Yoga X)

Sam may not have liked green eggs and ham, but I don’t like yoga. It was boring enough when I did it during 10 Minute Trainer…now I have to deal with it for an hour and a half during P90X. I followed along the best I could although my chest still hurt from day one so I wasn’t able to do every repetition of “downward dog, back to plank,” and so on. Twisted half moon flat out SUCKED…didn’t like that move at all. Whenever I didn’t like something or feel I could do it, I would do a wing chun form. Might as well get practice in since I am going to class tonight, right?
