P90X: Day 22 (10 Minute Trainer Yoga Flex-Yoga X)

Today I finally put my yoga plan into action. I did Yoga Flex, followed by my martial art forms, then fast forwarded to the 42 minute mark on Yoga X, and finished off by doing another round of Yoga Flex. By the time I
was done, my workout had clocked in at about the same time as Yoga X in its entirety…the difference being I actually had fun at it.
