Another run through my favorite workout. This time I took notes on the cool down routine so that I can truly complete my wing chun workout. I think I can use pretty much the same moves as Tony and the gang.
I’m very anxious to get moving on to the rest of the DVDs because there is still one thing missing from P90X: my beloved forearm workouts. Today I was thinking about adding Friday Night Arms from 10 Minute Trainer back into the mix, but I wasn’t sure how to do it. On the one hand I wouldn’t want to do it the day AFTER a P90X arm routine because you don’t get anywhere working out the same muscle groups a million times in one week, but on the other I didn’t think it was good to do it on the same day either because you don’t want to exert the muscles too much on the same day.
Anyone got any suggestions on that one?
