P90X: Day 29 (Chest, Shoulders, and Triceps-10 Minute Trainer Abs)

Toward the end of Chest, Shoulders, and Triceps I started to develop an ache in my head and neck, so I wasn’t even able to complete the full 10 Minute Trainer Abs set. Still, I was able to push it hard for the first workout. This was my first time doing that one. Aside from the neck and head pain, I also felt some kind of soreness in my right elbow. I actually felt this before my recovery week, and I thought it had gone away. Bad, bad sign. Not quite sure what to do about it. I am finally in the groove of working out, and now some damn injury is going to slow me down.
