As some of you may know, I started P90X on January 2. This was a couple days after I finished the “advanced results” autoschedule for 10 Minute Trainer where I was doing 30 minutes a day (and sometimes 40). In this case the “before” pictures were taken the day AFTER I finished 10 Minute Trainer.
Well, there you have it! I will also write a blog about my Day 33 workout…when I actually get around to doing it! As for right now, it has been a LONG day and I am super hungry. Most likely have to wait until any and all children are asleep tonight to do it.
