P90X: Day 36 (Chest, Shoulders, and Triceps)

Day 35 was a rest day, so here we are at day 36. It feels like I screwed up my right elbow, which only JUST started to feel better. Luckily tomorrow is Plyo X, so I don’t have to worry about it for another day. After that we have Back and Biceps, which I believe is where I first messed up my elbow. We’ll see what happens.

In what amounts some possible exciting future news, I asked my brother-in-law Thomas if he is any good at building things because I want to make my own wooden dummy. He said he is. Now it’s just a matter of finding the time to go with him to find the right material and prices.
