P90X: Day 37 (Plyo X)

Didn’t feel like bothering to boot up the computer when I finished my workout yesterday. Good old jump training. Other workouts may have you lifting weights or doing pull-ups, but I think this is probably THE most intense P90X workout in the whole bunch.

Lately I have been wondering about writing these daily blogs. Sometimes all I have to say is, “Well, this is what it was, and I did it.” Unless I feel like there are other things I want to communicate, maybe I will change the frequency of my writing. In other words I might combine three days’ worth of workouts into one blog.

Like I said, it all depends on if I feel like I have anything to say that day other than “I’m done.”
