P90X: Day 54 (Core Synergistics)

Results and Recovery formula came today. I have to make my drink soon, but I wanted to write my blog quick first. Another fun-filled day of core! This is one of my favorite workouts, second only to Kenpo X. I can’t believe I am almost two months into this program. If I had been going to a gym, I would have given up by now. With P90X I have no excuses because my “gym” is at home! One thing: I was looking at my chest the other day and noticed that, although they “man boobs” aren’t as bad as they were, my chest isn’t as solid as I want it to be either. I hope there is some intense chest work coming after recovery week because I need to tighten that up.

Also today I decided on a new plan of action: every payday, I am going to order bits and pieces for the wing chun wooden dummy so that I will hopefully have all or most of the parts by the time my brother-in-law will be around to help me build it.
