P90X: Day 57 (Chest and Back-Ab Ripper X)

Now we circle back to where it all began with disc number one, Chest and Back! I was wondering when they would get me back to this workout because my chest is still feeling a little flimsy. The man boobs aren’t as bad as they used to be, but my chest is nowhere near as muscular-looking as I wish it was. On top of that, my stomach looks the same to me too. This makes no sense because I KNOW I have lost weight since I started this routine…so how can I still look so heavy when I look at myself?

I was thrilled to discover I could do so much more than the last time I did these exercises. For the first minute of the routine, I was able to do FORTY standard push-ups. Ladies and gentlemen, I couldn’t even do that much in high school when I was half the age I am now!

Now who says P90X doesn’t work? Certainly not me!
