P90X: Day 60 (Yoga X)

Okay, so I will be honest here: my plan is to do a wing chun form and then 10 Minute Trainer Yoga Flex, which means four times through YF. However, today my timing was a little off. I got through only three reps, so I have to split it up and do the fourth when I get out of work tonight. I will learn to start sooner next time!
