P90X: Day 62 (Wing Chun X)

Yes, folks, you read that right. Today I went through my own wing chun workout instead of Kenpo X. My heart rate was anywhere from 118 to 138. On top of that, when I was done, I still somehow had about 20 minutes left according to the timer in WOWY. I’m not quite sure how that happened, except for the fact that (1) I didn’t take full one minute breaks like they do on the video, and (2) I don’t gab as much as Tony! (Given that I was working out by myself, it would be kind of weird if I did!)
