P90X: Day 71 (Chest and Back-10 Minute Trainer Friday Night Arms)

I have loved this workout ever since the first day I started P90X. Now I have even reached a point where I like the dive bomber push-ups. That really says a lot because I absolutely HATED them when I began. Then of course there was the wonderful arm routine. While it is very good, I still want to look up more forearm techniques. Actually over the weekend I found a couple sites that suggested some grip-strengthening workouts; they even mapped out a potential workout schedule, but I didn’t have time to study them in-depth so I couldn’t even tell you what exercises were on it! Oh well…I have all of Thursday off, so hopefully I will be able to review it then.
