Turbo Jam: Day 5 (Cardio X)

This was supposed to be a rest day for Turbo Jam, but I am too far into this to do only a four day workout schedule Therefore I decided to throw on one of the workouts I never had a chance to try during my first round of P90X, which of course was Cardio X. My verdict: not bad! I liked how it was never the same thing. There was some yoga, then plyo, then kenpo, then core work. The frequent change-ups made this a really cool DVD to follow along to. Tomorrow I will be trying out the P90X One on One workout called Mammoth UML.
