Insanity: Day 13 (Pure Cardio and Cardio Abs)

Pure Cardio starts out at about 38 minutes, 30 seconds. Tonight I didn’t need to take a break until the clock had run down to 14 minutes! That is pretty damn impressive (if I do say so myself), considering I was taking breaks during the warm-up only a week ago. I think I have been pretty successful at shaking the lethargic feeling out of my system.

As for Cardio Abs, I’m not so sure I really liked that one. There was one move I liked (Low Plank High Plank Pulses, or something like that), but other than that I wasn’t really a fan. One person on my team (George) said he swapped it out for Ab Ripper X. That sounds like a good plan.
