Insanity: Day 26 (Pure Cardio)

I plan on doing Ab Ripper X tomorrow morning, then Plyometric Cardio Circuit later in the day.

Aside from the breaks that are already scheduled into the workout, I took a minute’s worth of breaks on my own. I did some quick math, dividing that one minute by the length of the workout (38 minutes, 12 seconds), and do you know what I found out? This means that I rested for only 0.026% of this workout! Talk about improving!
