Insanity: Day 37 (Max Plyo Interval)

Holy cow, what a rush! This workout wasn’t as bad as I thought. I already anticipated not being able to do anywhere near the reps that Shaun did. The only move I didn’t like was the pogo move because my balance sucks as it is, plus the floor in my apartment isn’t as sturdy as I would like it to be. (One of these days I’m probably going to crash right through it during a jump routine.) Then there was my old arch enemy the power jump, and that dirty S.O.B. will kill me probably until the day I die.

No, screw that! I’m not going to let power jumps defeat me! HAHAHAHAHA!!!!

(Does that previous line make me seem insane? Well, that is only fitting when you consider the fact that I’m doing Insanity!)
