Insanity: Day 40 (Max Interval Circuit)

I lasted a lot longer than I did before, and this is only my second time doing this particular routine. I was able to go twenty-two minutes before I needed to take a break. Considering the nature of this workout, I’d say that is a pretty damn big jump in stamina! The only thing that bothered me about tonight was the fact that I had to skip so much…not because I didn’t have the endurance to do it, but because of my damn elbow. Oh well…at least I didn’t feel as tired as I did during LAST night’s workout.
