Insanity: Day 41 (Max Interval Plyo)

I lasted about 25 minutes again tonight. My elbow hurt too much to do some push-up routines still, namely side push-ups and balance push-ups. Instead I ran through my wing chun forms. Hard to believe I have only three weeks of this program left!
