Yes, another screw-up on my part. I was too tired to do this workout last night so I am pushing my way through it this morning. Don’t ask me what the hell my deal is. Back when I was doing P90X, it didn’t matter how tired I was…I’d still make my way through the workout. Ever since finishing that, I have had way too many ups and downs for my liking. Hopefully when I go into the P90X/Insanity hybrid, I’ll relocate my devotion. Another thing I plan on doing: during my recovery week, I’m going to do at least one 10 Minute Trainer session each night so I can keep in the habit of working out. I think that may be what threw me off. There are four 10 Minute Trainer sessions (Cardio, Core Cardio, Cardio Interval, and Plyo Interval) that don’t involve any kind of weightlifting, so I’ll do only those on my week off.
