Insanity: Day 53 Part 2 (Max Recovery)

This is the first time in ages I got home and didn’t feel too exhausted to do my workout. Also, it is the first time that I really felt the “low to high plank” move burning in my pecs. My elbow was a little better today but still not enough to do the slow push-ups or anything like that. Hopefully I’ll be back to normal soon though.
