Insanity: Day 55 (Core Cardio and Balance)

This was a rare treat. I got my workout done before 10pm!!! Go me!!! In a minute I also plan on getting around to my wing chun forms as well. (Actually, I already did two out of four.) After today I can honestly say the fire to work out has been reignited. Not once did I think, “I can’t wait until this is over.” I went from start to finish with hardly any breaks. (Even then, the only reason I took breaks was because my sons were up and asking for my attention.)

And look at the number in the subject line. What is the significance of that? It means I have only a week of Insanity left!
