Insanity: Day 62 (Max Cardio Conditioning)

A pleasantly short workout to conclude my 62 days with! Tomorrow is fit test, and I can’t wait to see the numbers. All I can say is I may have done weightlifting in the past, but I have never done ANYTHING even close to Insanity. This program was a real eye opener as to how unfit I was in terms of cardio. Now that I have a gauge on it, I’m not going to do anything except get BETTER at it!!!
