Rev Abs: Day 9 (Fire Up Your Abs)

Another fine entry into my first trip through Rev Abs. Brett’s workouts are simple but effective. Every day I am anxious to get to the next. I’m REALLY curious to see what the workouts during phase 2 are like. (For those of you who don’t know, Rev Abs is split into two 45-day phases.)
