Rev Abs: Day 10 (Total Strength-Mercy Abs)

10 days down, 80 to go. I love this program because it is a decent halfway point between something like 10 Minute Trainer and P90X: not too easy, but not too hard either. Part of me wants to cut it short and move on to the P90X/Insanity/RevAbs hybrid. However, I know I can’t do that. My goal here was to provide an overview of the ENTIRE RevAbs program, so that is what I aim to do.
