Rev Abs:Day 16 (Fire Up Your Abs)

Now I am officially one third of the way through phase 1 of Rev Abs. Woo hoo! Tonight I used my wing chun forms (sil lum tao, chum kiu, biu jee, and the dummy form) as my warm-up and cool-down routines. The other night I was able to stop into class for a bit, and Sifu was able to give me some pointers on my chum kiu as well as the drill we do called chi sao.

Also, today I got the Flip camera to record my success story for 10 Minute Trainer. It can hold up to two hours worth of footage, so I hope to get around to it soon. The kids go home early this weekend, so maybe I can do it Saturday afternoon/Sunday morning if someone is around who could hold the camera!
