Rev Abs: Day 17 (Power Intervals)

Not a bad workout, although this heat is ridiculous. One of my air conditioners keeps freezing up on me, so only half the house gets cooled down…the kitchen half! That doesn’t help ME any up here. At any rate, I really wish there was a bigger variety of moves in this workout. Given how short it is, there is no reason why any move should repeat itself. (I mean, yes the workout is three rounds so the moves should repeat themselves when a new round starts, but there is no reason why the moves should repeat while you are still in the same round!) That minor complaint aside, I really like this program.
