Rev Abs: Day 43 (Total Strength-Mercy Abs)

Got to love those double days, huh? Actually I did my Mercy Abs before work and Total Strength after. Why? Because tonight was the chat night for my Success Club Challenge team. I have to do that the second I get in. That usually lasts about a half hour, and then I do the workout. Just two more days until I am done with phase one. After phase two, I will write my overview of the program as a whole. Then it is rest week…and then finally on to the P90X/Insanity hybrid!
