This is already my second repetition of this workout. Tomorrow is going to be Power Intervals 2 again. Sunday is something new called Rev It Up. Can’t wait for that one!
I did sil lum tao for my cool down today, plus during the “Mercy” segments I worked on the weak points of chum kiu and biu jee. The thing is, I am not sure how much it helps me to do those parts out of context. It seems like I ought to work on them when they naturally occur in the form. Then again, I guess it is just like fitness: every bit of training you can sneak in helps.
