I am cramming two workouts into my rest day because I missed them when I went on vacation. One of my previous blogs already described the workout of Power Intervals 2, so I am going to write about Rev It Up here:
The only difference between rounds is that you do each move longer. That is all I really have the drive to write at the moment. I just got home today around 1PM after being stuck an extra day up in Ticonderoga due to the hurricane. I was up there for a dual purpose: to visit my dad and go camping. Unfortunately we had to leave the campground by noon on Saturday and then stayed at my dad’s house. No big deal except that his house is like Grand Central station, which meant a lot of noise, which meant a long time until the kids went to sleep, which of course meant I was too tired to do my workout by the time they DID go to sleep.
