Rev Abs: Day 58 (Rev It Up)

The last time I did this workout, I had to cut it short because dinner was ready. Tonight I got to do the whole thing. My verdict? It’s kind of like Kenpo X in that it doesn’t really stress your system too hard, with the only difference being it is NOT the last workout you do before rest day. As always, I threw chum kiu and biu jee into the warm-up routine.
